We pick up across the South Bay, Peninsula, and East Bay on weekdays from 9 to 5, with weekend pickups for larger orders. Pricing starts at $1.99/lb recurring ($2.25/lb one-time), $45 minimum per pickup.

How it works

    Schedule a pickup

    Online, by text, or by phone. Weekday pickups 9 to 5; weekends for larger orders. We confirm a pickup window when you book, or same-day confirmation when you need it tighter.

    Bag it

    Use any sturdy laundry bag. If you're running multiple listings, bag them separately and we'll keep them sorted.

    Wash, dry, fold

    Hot wash on standard cycles, sanitizing detergent, stains pre-treated where we catch them. We flag what doesn't come out rather than swap it or hide it.

    Drop-off in 24 to 48 hours

    Folded, separated by listing if applicable, in clean bags. You'll get a text 15 minutes out.

A note on same-day turnover

If you have an 11 AM checkout and a 3 PM check-in, you cannot rely on us to wash and return same-day across the board. The standard practice — and what most hosts running this volume already do — is to keep one full backup set per listing. We pick up the dirty set Tuesday morning, return it Thursday afternoon; the backup set is on the bed in the meantime. If you need true same-day for a specific turnover, ask. Sometimes we can. We won't promise it as a default.

Can you do same-day turnover for back-to-back bookings?
Sometimes — on weekdays, for smaller orders, with advance notice. Not as a standing promise. The default is 24–48 hours, and the way most hosts solve back-to-backs is with a backup linen set per listing. Over a year, the backup set is cheaper than premium turnover service.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Most hosts leave the bag on the porch, in a garage code box, or with the cleaner. Tell us where to find it when you schedule.
Will my listings get mixed up if I have several?
If you bag them separately and label the bags, no. We keep them separated through wash, dry, fold, and return. We can also fold each listing's set into a single labeled return bag.
What about stains — wine, blood, makeup?
We pre-treat what we catch. Some stains don't come out, especially after a rinse cycle has set them. We'll flag what didn't come clean rather than send it back without telling you. We don't substitute or "lose" stained items.
What's the minimum?
Our minimum is $45 per pickup. For most hosts that's roughly two to three full listing turnovers worth of sheets and towels.
Do you work with cleaners?
Yes. Hand the bag to your cleaner, your cleaner hands it to us, the bag comes back to the listing or to you — whichever you prefer. Setup conversations usually take ten minutes.
What if you damage or lose something?
Tell us. We'll either replace it or credit you for it depending on the item. Sukhdeep handles these directly. We'd rather make it right than argue about $40.
