Solo dentists, one or two-chair specialty practices, small primary care clinics, urgent-care satellites, optometry, dermatology, chiropractic, physical therapy. Practices that go through clinical linens at a steady weekly rate but aren't going to sign a multi-year contract with a national medical-laundry vendor whose minimums are written for 50-bed facilities.

We are the right fit for offices where the linen mix is staff garments, exam towels, lab coats, scrubs, blankets, and patient drapes that go through normal commercial wash cycles. We are not a healthcare-grade certified laundry - see the FAQ below. We pick up across the South Bay, Peninsula, and East Bay on weekday recurring schedules. Pricing starts at $1.99/lb recurring ($2.25/lb one-time), $45 minimum per pickup.

    Most practices run one pickup a week, same day every week, scheduled around the slow part of your day.

    Standard laundry bags. Soiled items separated from clean storage as your office already does.

    Hot wash, sanitizing detergent, hot dry

    We follow standard commercial laundry sanitizing practice. We do not currently certify under TRSA Hygienically Clean Healthcare or any equivalent third-party healthcare-grade certification. If your practice's compliance requirements call for a certified vendor, we are not it - Sukhdeep will tell you so on the first call rather than after the first pickup.

Are you HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA covers protected health information, not laundry. We don't handle patient records or charts and we don't keep written information about your patients. The phrase "HIPAA compliant laundry" is a marketing line, not a regulatory category. If a parent organization or insurer is requiring you to use a certified medical laundry service, see the next answer.
Are you a healthcare-grade certified laundry?
No. We do not currently hold TRSA Hygienically Clean Healthcare certification or equivalent. We're a small commercial pickup-and-delivery service running sanitizing detergent and hot-water cycles. If your practice handles surgical drapes, OR linens, or anything regulated under your state's healthcare-laundry requirements, we are not the right vendor. If you're a small practice handling routine staff-garment and exam-area-linen volume that doesn't require certification - most solo and small specialty practices in this category - we're a good fit.
How do you track items - by bag or by piece?
Both, depending on what your practice needs. Bag-level is the default for wash-and-fold volume - large bags priced by weight, typically 40-60 lbs per bag. Piece-level tracking comes in when pressing is involved (lab coats returned on hangers, individual scrub sets accounted for). Tell us what you need on the first call and we'll quote the right service level.
What about blood, betadine, and other clinical stains?
We pre-treat where we catch them. Most clinical stains lift on a hot wash with the right pre-treatment. We don't substitute items or hide what didn't come out - we'll flag returned items that didn't come fully clean.
What's the smallest practice you can serve?
Our minimum is $45 per pickup. For a one-chair dental office that's usually a week's worth of staff garments, exam towels, and small drapes. If you're below that, we can move to bi-weekly — your call.
What happens if a scrub or lab coat goes missing?
Tell us within a week. Across our wash-and-fold work for the dry cleaning side and drop-in customers at the laundromat, lost-item incidents have been uncommon - bags stay separated through every step of intake, wash, and return. When something does go missing, Sukhdeep handles it directly. It's a conversation, not a process.
Can my staff send personal scrubs in with the office laundry?
Yes, if bagged separately. We'll return them separately. We bill by total weight regardless of who owns the items.
Will my pickup day stay consistent?
Yes. Weekly pickup is the entire point. If your usual day falls on a holiday, we'll text you the alternate before the week of.
