Hi, I'm Sukhdeep.

I spent the last 24 years in enterprise software and online marketing, most recently as a program manager. I got into the laundry business in 2023 through a dry cleaning operation, and in 2024 took over a laundromat in San Jose. What I've noticed working in this industry is that small business operators - Airbnb hosts with a few properties, single-location gyms, one-chair dental offices, family-run senior care homes - are underserved by commercial laundry. The big vendors are built for chains and large facilities; the alternative is whoever's available locally with a van.

I'm trying to do something in the middle. I have the physical capacity of a real facility - industrial Dexter equipment, room to scale - and I run it with the flexibility small businesses actually need: pay per pickup, no contract, custom schedules, and you'll have my direct number. The technology behind the scenes - SMS confirmations, online quotes, real receipts - comes from twenty-four years of building software. I'm applying that to a service where small businesses are usually treated as second-class.

Common questions

How does pricing work?
Recurring weekly or biweekly accounts pay $1.99/lb. One-time pickups are $2.25/lb. There's a $45 minimum per pickup. No contract, no monthly minimum, no auto-renewal. You pay only when you use the service. Request a quote for a custom plan.
What if something gets lost or damaged?
We're responsible for your laundry from pickup to delivery. If an item is lost or damaged in our handling, we'll replace it at fair market value or refund the cost — whichever you prefer. Items already worn or damaged when picked up are documented at pickup so there's no confusion later.
When do you pick up and deliver?
Weekday pickups between 9 AM and 5 PM. Weekend pickups are available for larger orders. Schedules are custom per customer - we work around your operation, not the other way around. Most pickups turn around in 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need to sort or bag the laundry?
Bag it however works for your operation. We handle sorting on our end as part of the process. If you have specific instructions (separate towels from sheets, hot wash only, etc.) just tell us once and it becomes part of your account.
