Service

Early Laundry Co. provides residential wash-and-fold pickup and delivery for standard washable clothing, towels, sheets, and household linens. Pickup is scheduled for the evening window and customers are responsible for leaving laundry in a covered, dry pickup location.

Items outside scope

Do not include dry-clean-only garments, wool or special-material bedding with dry-clean instructions, heavily soiled or biohazard items, delicates needing special handling, leather, or suede. If excluded items are included, service may be refused or handled only at the customer's risk.

Care labels and condition

We follow garment care labels and ordinary wash-and-fold handling. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect, missing, or unreadable care labels, pre-existing wear, weak seams, color bleeding, shrinkage risk inherent to the item, or items left in pockets.

Pickup, delivery, and access

The customer is responsible for accurate address and access notes. If laundry is not available, unsafe to collect, or not protected from weather, the pickup may be skipped or rescheduled.

Payment

A valid card on file is required for residential pickup service. Charges are made after we receive and process the laundry. Failed payments may pause future service until resolved.

Claims and liability

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Remedies for lost or damaged items are limited by the service terms and are not uncapped retail replacement promises. We do not cover consequential, sentimental, or special damages.
