How routes are structured

All routes run from the facility at 3975 Senter Rd in South San Jose, at the edge of the 101/85 interchange. That location makes the South Bay the natural home territory — most South Bay pickups are within 15 miles and run on weekday slots Monday through Friday.

Routes extend north along the Peninsula corridor (101 to 280, Palo Alto through San Mateo) and east into Fremont, Newark, Union City, and Hayward. New route days are added when pickup volume in an area justifies a dedicated slot — we don't spread routes thin to show a larger map.
