Estimating your volume? A gym towel runs about 1/3 lb — 300 towels/week ≈ 100 lb. Most single-site gyms land in the 100–250 lb range.

We come to your business at the time we agree on. Weekday pickups 9 AM–5 PM, weekend pickups for larger orders.

Wash, dry, fold

Industrial Dexter equipment. Sorted, washed, dried, and folded to consistent standards. Bag it however works for your operation.

Real receipts & billing

Card on file via Stripe. After each pickup you get a digital receipt — weight, items, total. ACH and invoice billing available for commercial accounts from day one.

Pricing questions

What's the minimum per pickup?
Our minimum is $49.99 per pickup. If your weekly volume runs lighter, we can move to a bi-weekly schedule so each pickup still hits the minimum.
How does the volume-based rate work?
Each pickup is weighed when we pick it up. The weight for that single pickup determines your rate from the ladder above — no rolling averages, no monthly commitments. Send more that week, pay less per pound that week.
Are rates different by area?
No. The same rate ladder applies in every city we serve across the South Bay, Peninsula, and East Bay.
What does the new-account promotion cover?
Your first pickup is 50% off the standard per-pound rate for your volume tier. For the following three months, your per-pound rate is 10% below your standard tier. After three months you move to the standard ladder.
What about specialty items — blankets, comforters, rugs?
Large bedding and specialty items are priced per piece (see the table above) and don't count toward your per-pound volume. Specialty handling for high-end linens or allergen washes can be added at custom rates — note it in your quote request.
How do I pay?
We keep a card on file securely through Stripe. After each pickup you get a digital receipt showing the weight, items, and total — and your card is charged automatically. ACH and invoice billing are available for commercial accounts from day one. No paper invoices, no chasing payments, no surprises.
