How it works

How pickup and delivery works.

We pick up your bag during the 3–6 PM window and text a 30-minute ETA before we arrive — you don't need to be home. It comes back the next day, in the same window, ready to put away.

Pickup 3–6 PM

8 ZIP codes across San Jose · Pickups 3–6 PM

Three steps, start to finish.

  1. 01
A laundry bag waiting at a doorstep.

    Leave the bag out

Leave your bag out between 3–6 PM on your pickup day — you do not need to be home. We text a 30-minute ETA before we arrive, so you know when to expect us.

  2. 02
Laundry processing in our San Jose facility.

    We pick up and process

Pickups run on demand, any day, rather than a fixed weekly slot — book when your laundry day actually falls. Once we collect your bag, it goes straight into processing at our San Jose facility.

  3. 03
    Folded laundry prepared for delivery.

    Same-window return

Your folded laundry comes back the next day, within 24 hours, in the same 3–6 PM window you started with — so it lands on your schedule, not a new one.

Pickup and delivery questions

What bag do I use for my first pickup?

Any bag that closes — you don't need to own one of ours yet. On that same first pickup, our driver hands you an Early Laundry reusable bag. It's yours to keep and reuse for every pickup after.

Is there a limit on how many bags I can send?

No cap. Book any mix of small bag and large bag bags — each priced at its own size. If something doesn't fit at the door, it goes into a sized liner and is itemized on your receipt before anything is charged.

When am I charged?

You save a card on file when you book. We charge it after pickup, once your bags are confirmed and weighed — never before.

What if I'm not home for pickup?

You don't need to be home — leave your bag out in your agreed spot during the pickup window. Your first missed pickup is free — no charge. Each missed pickup after that carries a $15 fee.

What if something is damaged or missing?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into it. Verified claims are covered up to $300 per order under our Terms.

What don't you take?

We handle everyday clothes, towels, sheets, household linens, and washable comforters or blankets. We don't take dry-clean-only garments, wool or other special-material bedding with dry-clean instructions, heavily soiled or biohazard items, delicates that need special handling, or leather and suede.
