We drive into the East Bay from our facility in San Jose along the 880 corridor. The southern East Bay - Fremont, Newark, Union City - is about as close to us as Mountain View, and we treat it that way. Hayward is a normal route-day drive. We're starting with this stretch of the East Bay because we can serve it well; we'd rather build a tight, reliable route than spread thin across cities we can't show up for consistently.

We currently serve Fremont, Newark, Union City, and Hayward. Cities further north - San Leandro, Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley - are not on our route at this stage; we'd rather serve a smaller area well than overcommit. If you're in one of those cities and have recurring weekly volume, give us a call and we'll be straight about whether the route can extend.
How fast can you start service in Fremont, Newark, or Union City?
Usually within a few business days. Southern East Bay is on the easy end of our coverage, and onboarding works the same way it does for South Bay accounts.

Yes. Weekly pickup is the cleanest fit for Hayward. Once your pickup day is set, it stays consistent - Sukhdeep builds the East Bay route day around the standing accounts.
