How the service works
Per-pickup, not per-month. Every account pays only for the pickups they use — no monthly minimums, no auto-renewal, no idle-period charges. If your volume drops for three weeks, your bill drops too. If you need to stop, you stop. There's no contract to exit.
The pricing ladder rewards volume. Recurring accounts pay from $1.29/lb, with the rate stepping down as per-pickup poundage grows. A gym going through 200 lb of towels per pickup pays less per pound than a spa doing 60 lb — the same ladder applies to every client.
Owner-operated means something specific here. Sukhdeep drives the routes and runs the facility. When you call the number on the website, you're calling the person who will physically pick up your laundry. If a pickup needs to shift or something comes back wrong, you reach the decision-maker in one call.
The service is sized for businesses with one to three locations and recurring pickup volume between 75 and 600 lb per week. You don't need a 36-month institutional contract to get reliable commercial laundry — that's the gap this fills.
This service is not the right fit if you need:
- Same-day or next-morning turnaround (standard is 24–48 hours)
- On-site laundry staffing or linen rental with stocking
- Pickup volume above 1,000 lb per week without a custom agreement
- Regulated clinical, biohazard, or procedure linen handling

- What's the minimum order?
- Our minimum is $49.99 per pickup. If your weekly volume runs light, we can move to a bi-weekly schedule so each pickup clears the minimum comfortably.
- Is there a contract?
- No. You pay per pickup and can stop anytime. There's no monthly minimum, no auto-renewal, and no exit fee. You use the service when you need it.
- How long does turnaround take?
- Most orders return in 24 to 48 hours. Pickup and drop-off happen on the same weekday route, five days a week. Weekend pickups are available for larger orders.
- What areas do you serve?
