Where we serve on the Peninsula

The Peninsula is a longer drive than our home territory, but it works on a route schedule. We pick up regularly in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Mateo, Burlingame, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, and East Palo Alto. Palo Alto and East Palo Alto are essentially extensions of our South Bay route - same-day-flexible. Further up the 101 corridor - San Mateo, Burlingame, Foster City - we run a dedicated Peninsula route day each week, and accounts in those cities are coordinated around it. The result is reliable weekly service rather than "sometime today" service, which most Peninsula businesses prefer anyway.

How service works on the Peninsula

Peninsula pickups run on a route schedule. Recurring weekly accounts work best - once your pickup day is set, that day is yours and the timing stays consistent. One-off or as-needed pickups in San Mateo or Burlingame are doable, but they need a few days of lead time so they can be slotted into a route day. Closer to South Bay (Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City), there's more flexibility on timing.

Peninsula commercial laundry — frequently asked

Do you serve all the way up to San Mateo and Burlingame?
Yes. San Mateo and Burlingame are on our regular Peninsula route schedule. The trade-off is that pickups in those cities are scheduled around route days rather than on demand, so weekly recurring accounts are easier to commit to than one-time jobs.
Same-day in Palo Alto?
Sometimes, on weekdays, with morning notice. Palo Alto is close enough to our facility in San Jose to make same-day workable for smaller orders. We won't promise it as a default, but we'll usually try.
How does scheduling work if my business is in Foster City or Belmont?
Foster City, Belmont, and San Carlos sit in the middle of the Peninsula corridor. Once your weekly day is set, it stays consistent. For new accounts in these cities, the first call covers volume, schedule, and route fit.
A small medical or dental office in Menlo Park, weekly - does that work?
Yes. Menlo Park is close enough to our facility that weekly recurring service runs smoothly. Most small medical and dental practices land right at our minimum on a weekly basis. See our medical and dental page for what we do and don't handle on the clinical-laundry side.
What's the minimum?
Our minimum is $45 per pickup. If your weekly volume runs lighter, we can move to a bi-weekly schedule.
Are rates different by area?
No. Our rates are the same in every city we serve — $2.25/lb one-time or $1.99/lb for weekly/biweekly recurring customers.
Do you charge by the piece for blankets, comforters, and other large items?
Yes. Large bedding and specialty items are priced per piece. Ask in your quote request for current rates.
