Slide to your weekly linen volume — the per-pound rate drops as you cross each tier.
Day spas, single-room massage practices, bodywork and stretch studios, facial bars. The laundry that piles up here is different from a gym's: sheets, face-cradle covers, hand towels, and robes that come back heavy with massage oil, lotion, and wax residue. Run those through a home machine and the oil never fully leaves — it goes rancid, and your fresh sheets come out smelling off within a day.
We pick up across the South Bay, Peninsula, and East Bay on a recurring schedule built around your booking volume. Pricing starts at $1.55/lb recurring, $49.99 minimum per pickup.

Heavy-oil loads kept off your lighter linens
Most studios run one or two pickups a week. We work backwards from your booking volume on the first call to keep clean linen on the shelf.
Whatever hampers or bags you already use. Flag the heaviest oil loads and we'll treat them accordingly.
Oil-cutting pre-treatment and high-temperature cycles so residue lifts out instead of building up over time.
Folded, sorted, ready to set the table.
Massage oil and lotion don't wash out in a standard warm cycle. The oil heats, spreads into the fiber, cools, and sets. After a few washes that way, the sheet looks clean but smells off within an hour of use. Over time the fabric grays and stiffens.
The fix is pre-treatment before the load runs — breaking down the oil while it's still emulsified — followed by a high-temperature wash that lifts the residue rather than pushing it deeper into the weave. That's the process for every spa linen load we handle. Your next client shouldn't smell the last one.
Tell us your weekly volume and we'll set a pickup cadence on the first call.
