Single-location boutique studios — yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, F45, barre, spin, lap swim. The kind of place where members notice the towel quality, and where running out at 5:55 AM is a small disaster. You're not Equinox; you don't need a 36-month towel rental contract bundled with mat sanitizer service. You need the towel rotation handled by someone who picks up the phone.

We serve fitness studio laundry pickups across the South Bay, Peninsula, and East Bay on weekday recurring schedules built around your class times. Pricing starts at $1.29/lb recurring ($2.25/lb one-time), $49.99 minimum per pickup.

How it works

  1. 1

    Set a recurring pickup cadence

Most studios run one or two pickups a week. Sukhdeep will work backwards from your peak class times on the first call to land on a schedule that keeps clean stock on the shelf - usually a Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday rhythm.

  2. 2

    Bag at end of day

Standard hampers or laundry bags, whatever you already have.

  3. 3

    High-temperature wash, dry, fold

High-temperature wash cycles with enzyme-cut detergent. Towels come back without the locker-room smell that builds up when towels go too long between proper washes. Microfiber gets its own load to keep cotton lint off.

  4. 4

    Drop-off in 24 to 48 hours

    Folded, banded, ready to stock.

A note on towel shortages

The towel-shortage problem is solved by rotation, not by faster turnaround. If you're running 200 towels a day across two pickups a week, you need roughly 600 towels in the rotation: one set in use, one in the wash, one on the shelf. We'll help you size this on the first call. Buying enough towels once is cheaper than premium turnaround service forever.

Does this work for your studio?

Quick math: if your busiest class runs 30 members and each uses one towel, you're going through roughly 90 towels across three classes per day — about 27 lb. Two pickups a week puts you at 54 lb per pickup, which is close to our $49.99 minimum. That's workable, and bi-weekly is an option if weekly feels like overkill.

If you're running 4–6 classes a day with 20+ members each, two pickups a week clears the volume tier where the per-pound rate steps down. The two-pickup rhythm (typically Monday/ Thursday or Tuesday/Friday) keeps clean stock rotating without requiring same-day turnaround. Size the towel inventory once on the first call; after that, the schedule runs itself.

Gym towel service — frequently asked

Can you fix the smell? My towels still smell like sweat after washing.
Usually yes. Stale-towel smell is bacteria that survives a normal wash because the towels were sitting damp too long or washed at too low a temperature. We wash hot with a sanitizing detergent and we don't let towels sit damp between cycles. If a batch comes back to us already mildewed, we'll tell you what we did and didn't get out.
How many towels do I actually need in rotation?
Rough math - towels used per day × days between deliveries × 1.5 for buffer. So 100 towels per day with twice-weekly pickup is roughly 300 towels in rotation. We can spec this with you in ten minutes once we know your class schedule and member count.
Can you pick up before 6 AM?
No. Pickups run 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays. The way studios solve the 6 AM problem is rotation buffer (above), not pre-dawn pickup.
Will branded staff shirts get mixed in with member towels?
Not if you bag them separately. We keep separated bags separated through the whole process.
What about microfiber and equipment wipes?
Yes. Microfiber gets washed separately so cotton lint doesn't bind to it and ruin its absorbency. If you've ever wondered why your microfiber stops working after a month, that's the reason.
What's the minimum?
Our minimum is $49.99 per pickup. For most boutique studios, that's a couple of days' worth of member towels.
Do you handle full-size yoga or studio mats?
Not at this point. Towels, microfiber, small mat covers - yes. Full mats - ask, and we'll be honest about whether we can handle the volume and dimension.
